SDL_blit_N.c (BlitNtoNKeyCopyAlpha): fix -Wshadow warnings by adding _
suffix to the temp Pixel local in the DUFFS_LOOP.
SDL_blit.h (ASSEMBLE_RGB): add _ prefix to temp Pixel locals to avoid
any possible shadowings.
