Remove use of MAC_OS_X_VERSION_10_x macro.

If you look for MAC_OS_X_VERSION_10_6 in the 10.4 SDK (for example), it'll
fail to do the right thing in the preprocessor.

This is a pointer on Mac OS X, so it risked losing data in 64-bit builds.
