configury, cmake: add check for endpointvolume.h :

add HAVE_ENDPOINTVOLUME_H, HAVE_MMDEVICEAPI_H and HAVE_AUDIOCLIENT_H
in SDL_config.h.in, SDL_config.h.cmake, SDL_config_windows.h, and in
