Subject: [SDL] SDL_SemWaitTimeout patch for BeOS

The current SDL-1.2.9/src/thread/beos/SDL_syssem.c returns -1 if the
acquire_sem timeouts which according to the DocWiki is not correct.
I've added support for the B_TIMED_OUT and B_WOULD_BLOCK in the switch.

2 The latest development version of SDL is available via CVS:
     3
     4 cvs -d :pserver:guest@libsdl.org:/home/sdlweb/libsdl.org/cvs login
5 # No password, so just hit enter when prompted for a password
     6 cvs -d :pserver:guest@libsdl.org:/home/sdlweb/libsdl.org/cvs checkout SDL
     7
8 When you check a fresh copy of SDL out of CVS, you need to generate
9 the files used by make by running the "autogen.sh" script, which will
10 run aclocal, automake, autoconf and then run configure.

12 There is a web interface to cvs at http://www.libsdl.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi
